Suport needed for BENEFIT DAY
We are asking all the speedway family to support a benefit day to raise funds to assist one of our valued club members who has been diagnosed with cancer.
To be held at West Tradies Club on Woodstock Avenue at Mt Druit, comencing at 12 noon on Sunday 18th December.
New National 4 cylinder sedan class is official
The Sydney Speedway Sedan club is pleased to announce that it has embraced the new national four cylinder class.
Club Presentation Day
The Club Presentation day for the 2010/2011 season will be held on Sunday June 19, at the Butterfly Farm complex at Wilberforce.
Two Junior Sedan dates cancelled at Parramatta
The Sydney Speedway calendar has had some changes made to their schedule and in the process the Junior Sedans have lost their race dates on February 12th and February 19th.
The next race meeting for Juniors will be March 12th 2011
Annual Ford vs Holden Modified Production Test Match
The popular annual Ford vs Holden Modified Production Sedan Test Match is set to be held at Nowra Speedway this Saturday night, January 15. The popular format will remain largely un-changed from previous years, with 5 car teams of Holdens and Fords pitted against eachother, with the overall points leader determined the winner.
January Club General Meeting cancelled
Due to heavy committments for the club committee the monthly meeting for January has been cancelled. We will resume as normal on February 8th 2011
Sydney Speedway Modified Production Classic
This is a chance for interstate drivers to have a warm up one week out from the NSW Modified Production Title and race at Tyre-Power Sydney Speedway on 22 January 2011.
Sydney Speedway cancelled due to rain
This Friday's (December 3) race meeting for Junior Sedans at Sydney Speedway has unfortunately had to be cancelled due to constant rain in the area. The next race meeting for Juniors at Sydney Speedway will be on February 12, 2011.

2010/11 RACE CAR TECH INSPECTION
The Sydney Club race car technical inspection day is to be held on Saturday September 11 at Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway (Spectator Carpark) from 12pm to 5pm. This is for all cars (Juniors, Mod-Prod, 1600,s, Super Sedans) Please contact Club Tech Inspector Shannon Gallagher to book a time for your inspection on mob. 0422927171. Sydney Speedway Sedans 2009/10 Awards Night
The Sydney Club Awards Presentation has been set for Saturday 19 June 2010 at Prospect Hotel Function Room commencing at 5pm. Tickets will be available from the Tuesday May 11 Club Night at $40 per Ticket, $15 children 13/under.
Nowra 3/4/10 - Rained Out
Unfortunately the race meeting set down for Nowra Speedway tonight the 3rd of April has been cancelled due to rain.
The next race meeting for the Junior Sedans will be held at Parramatta City Raceway next week, the 10th of april.
Rod Kelly's Scrapheap Adventure Ride for Down Syndrome
At a recent Club Meeting Sydney Speedway Sedans decided to support Rod Kelly's Scrapheap Adventure Ride - a challenge in which he will ride a postie bike approximately 1,000 Kilometers to a remote outpost 200 kilometers west of Bourke to raise money for the Down Syndrome NSW Association
NSW Junior Sedan Title a Success
The combined efforts of Sydney Speedway Sedans Inc and NASR NSW/ACT have worked toward a successful 2010 NSW Junior Sedan Title at Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway on March 6.
