Another great night for the Junior Sedans at Parramatta.
The guys and girls racing in the Junior Sedans provided sensational racing action last Saturday night at the Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway. Racing in two group's the final races saw Courtney O'Hehir (B&R Brakes/Reservoir Smash Repairs Laser) taking out Group 1 and Rachel Neve (Debrink Transports/Elite Property Maintenance Corolla) winning Group 2 after starting from the rear of the field.
With two heats and a final Group 1 opening race saw speedway kart racer Chris Deighton taking the win over Goulburn Club's Nathan McLaughlin and Courtney O'Hehir while in their second heat Nathan McLaughlin improved one position and took out a good win over Jack Mitchell and Chris Deighton. Courtney O'Hehir took out the final with Troy Dawes, Chris Deighton, Corrian Sharp, Robert Nelson and Shane Clark made up the top six finishers.
The Group 2 first heat race and Todd Rigley took the victory with Blake Darcy and Ashleigh Briton following him home. In the second heat, Rachel Neve defeated Ashleigh Briton and Eliza Kelly. Rachel Neve took out her second win in the final with Jessica Cassidy, Blake Darcy, Danni King-Day, Eliza Kelly and Todd Rigley the top six finishers.
The 14-17 year olds continue to impress racing on Australia's premier speedway track the Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway with Danni King-Day, Blake Darcy and Courtney O'Hehir big improvers over their last meeting shoot out.
