What does this mean?

How does this relate to the Sydney Speedway Sedans website?

Sydney Speedway Sedans is now offerring a news feed. This means that you can subscribe to our feed using an RSS reader - which will show you a list of our latest news stories, and automatically notify you when we add a new story - without the need to manually check the website.

How do I use it?
